I am Ross John Norton, a proudly South African, uncomplicated guy, with a deep love for Africa, beer, sunsets, and more relevantly to your visit to my page, GEMSTONES.

Kulu Gems, named proudly after my grandfather whom everyone cherished as "Kulu", has progressed from years of sourcing and reselling rough gemstones, to what it is today - cutting these beauties myself and providing my valued customers with unmatched quality natural cut gemstones. My advantage? My father, founder of Brian Norton Gemstones, an Engineering Geologist himself with an extreme interest in Lapidary, who has taught me everything I know today. With gemstones having run in our family for 40+ years and 3 generations, the words Norton and gemstones are somewhat synonymous.
